Take sms out of ESS Empty Take sms out of ESS

Hi Im wondering how to take my sms messages out of ESS to normal sms list or copy them to sim card, as i dnt have a need to hide then anymore and im changing phone to a non windows mobile one so i want to copy those txts to sim card and put them in my new phone .
Is it possible?
