can't pass from trial to full!!

i've just downloaded the full version of Ez secret v2.0 (Order Reference Number: 17265990) but it's impossible to activate the full version. it comes "you will not able to access your ESS inbox after 7 days of trial period expired" and i have no place were put my registration key. and also i discovered that i can't set a password in the option. why?

i've found in "ABOUT" the place for the registration code, but it says "invalid registration code, please retry. what i have to do?
