Full file won't install

I was using the trial version of EZ Secret SMS. I purchased the full version. In the trial version I went to the registration screen and put in the Registration Key and it did not work.
I then downloaded the full version from the link provided from the purchase.
The installation has failed saying "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting can't installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."
